Need a read-only role to access production UI for troubleshooting

Internal Priority users often use the role 'Internal Admin' to manage / help multiple customers.  However, this role needs to be restricted to meet needs in compliance, security and change control.     Having a role / access level that allows a user to only view (read) the UI will enable more of us to troubleshoot and support customers in production.   This especially valuable for users who help with high impact tickets
